Had no question on who to call when we needed our AC repaired. Kyle and Grant worked on our unit ALL DAY and into the evening (in 100° weather) to ensure that everything was running smoothly before going home. If you want honest, great quality, and professional work they are who you need to call!

This was an emergency for us on a 100 degree day. The technician arrived same day, was very professional, and fixed the problem. Fast and efficient. I would highly recommend them.
I realized my ac stopped working at 11:30am and called Empire Heating. A friendly representative advised me he thought they could have someone here between 1 and 3 on the same day. At 12:29pm, I received a text that Stewart from Empire heating was en route. Stewart was able to quickly identify and repair the defective part. My air conditioner was back up and working within 30-min. After the repair, Stewart took the time to clean off my outside unit with a hose. He was packed up and gone by 1:28pm. Quick professional work with a positive attitude. I will use his services again for any future AC problems.

Empire is a great company, they are quick to respond. Kyle an Grant are the best guys to work with and very efficient. They did an excellent job installing a new hvac system for us.
Great service Started out with a nice affordable flat rate for diagnostics and then a flat rate again when they found what was wrong with the ac unit I paid what they quoted me and not a cent more than what they quoted me They taught me how to upkeep the ac unit myself for the future as well Great experience from start to finish
Called Kyle on Sunday evening and he returned my call same day. They sent a technician out on Tuesday and cleaned and repaired a much abused system for some folks that are struggling at the moment. Grant was very professional and responsive. I appreciate that didn’t try to upsell anything. Just did a great job in this 100+ weather and thanked us for the opportunity.
