Kyle and Empire Heating & Air are top notch professionals. Had them out after a new install from another contractor didn’t go as planned. Kyle took the time to diagnose the issue and get the heat and a/c running like it was intended. Since then I’ve had them back to straighten out and hang my duct work in the attic and blow in insulation. I’ll always call Empire Heating & Air for my future hvac needs.

We had an issue with our heating. I called in the morning and Kyle came by in the afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and professional, investigated the issue and even helped us fix the programming of the thermostat. When the time comes I will definitely trust him with repairing or replacing our system.

Fast and thorough! I appreciated the quick scheduling. They recognized the importance of our issue with the current heat advisory and scheduled with us same day! Our house is cool again 2nd call 2 yrs later. My AC stopped working at 5pm Friday I called after hours at 6pm. They came at 715pm. Amazing response time, knee what was wrong with in 10 minutes. Absolute BEST experience with an A/C service company ever! The issue with our A/C had stumped another HVAC company and us for 3 plus weeks. Kyle & Steven came out and meticulously worked through the list of all of the possible problems until they figured it out. We appreciate their knowledge, diligence and professionalism! Empire Heating and Air will definitely be our go to from this day forward! I highly recommend this company and they are local if you’re in the Wise County area. But they also service the DFW Metroplex as well.

Kyle was a Godsend! I called 3 other AC companies before calling Empire. No one could come look at my Mom’s AC that stopped working today! Kyle was here within 2 hours of my initial call. Empire is a great company, they are quick to respond. Kyle an Grant are the best guys to work with and very efficient. They did an excellent job installing a new hvac system for us.

This is the ONLY A/C service that was willing to do an emergency call for my elderly parents after their A/C went out yesterday. And…AND….they came out within 2 hours. The young guy (Grant) that serviced our system gave us a temporary fix until the part comes in next week and was respectul, quick, and accurate. Glad they sent him out here. Will use this business from now on! Great Job!
