He was very knowledgeable and fair. Empire is now my heating and AC go to. If you have any kind of issues with your heating and air conditioning, give them a call. Empire will do a great job.

Real happy with the professionalism. The gentlemen were friendly and knowledgeable. They explained what they were going to do. They answered all our questions and pointed out what some of the parts did. Minimal disruption of the household. They cleaned up the small amount of trash and dirt that came off of the old unit. Besides the excellent service, they showed up a day early. They called before coming out to make sure they were not interrupting any of our plans. Fair price, great service and veteran owned. I realized my ac stopped working at 11:30am and called Empire Heating. A friendly representative advised me he thought they could have someone here between 1 and 3 on the same day. At 12:29pm, I received a text that Stewart from Empire heating was en route. Stewart was able to quickly identify and repair the defective part. My air conditioner was back up and working within 30-min. After the repair, Stewart took the time to clean off my outside unit with a hose. He was packed up and gone by 1:28pm. Quick professional work with a positive attitude. I will use his services again for any future AC problems.
