I realized my ac stopped working at 11:30am and called Empire Heating. A friendly representative advised me he thought they could have someone here between 1 and 3 on the same day. At 12:29pm, I received a text that Stewart from Empire heating was en route. Stewart was able to quickly identify and repair the defective part. My air conditioner was back up and working within 30-min. After the repair, Stewart took the time to clean off my outside unit with a hose. He was packed up and gone by 1:28pm. Quick professional work with a positive attitude. I will use his services again for any future AC problems.

If you want a company who is honest and trustworthy Empire Heating & Air is for you. They came to inspect a couple different issues we’re having and not only provided solutions, did the repairs, but didn’t take advantage of me either.
