Jarrett was my technician and was very thorough and explained everything very well. He did what needed to be done and didn’t try to sell me anything extra. Price was very affordable Affordableand will definitely be having them out to service again.

Kyle and Empire Heating & Air are top notch professionals. Had them out after a new install from another contractor didn’t go as planned. Kyle took the time to diagnose the issue and get the heat and a/c running like it was intended. Since then I’ve had them back to straighten out and hang my duct work in the attic and blow in insulation. I’ll always call Empire Heating & Air for my future hvac needs.

Had no question on who to call when we needed our AC repaired. Kyle and Grant worked on our unit ALL DAY and into the evening (in 100° weather) to ensure that everything was running smoothly before going home. If you want honest, great quality, and professional work they are who you need to call!
