I recently had the most remarkable experience with Kyle at Empire AC and Heating Company. As a new customer, I had signed up for a fall and spring tuneup contract, but because of an unforeseen glitch in an upgrade for their computer I wasn’t contacted for the spring tuneup. I called to inquire and Kyle apologized and came out to my house the following Friday and resolved the problem – which I never really expected having dealt with other companies in the past and how they treated their customers when an issue occurred. I call upon Empire Heating & Air for both my residential and business needs. I recently had a leak from an air handler in the attic which was installed by the builder’s sub-contractor about 5 years ago. Kyle and his team were on-site the next morning and had me working again before it could even heat up in the house! His honest and trusted assessment and fix was an extremely reasonable price and the quality of their work is stellar! Highly recommend!

This is the ONLY A/C service that was willing to do an emergency call for my elderly parents after their A/C went out yesterday. And…AND….they came out within 2 hours. The young guy (Grant) that serviced our system gave us a temporary fix until the part comes in next week and was respectul, quick, and accurate. Glad they sent him out here.
