Great service Started out with a nice affordable flat rate for diagnostics and then a flat rate again when they found what was wrong with the ac unit I paid what they quoted me and not a cent more than what they quoted me They taught me how to upkeep the ac unit myself for the future as well Great experience from start to finish

Fast and thorough! I appreciated the quick scheduling. They recognized the importance of our issue with the current heat advisory and scheduled with us same day! Our house is cool again 2nd call 2 yrs later. My AC stopped working at 5pm Friday I called after hours at 6pm. They came at 715pm. Amazing response time, knee what was wrong with in 10 minutes. Knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. I really appreciate their help. Highly recommend to anyone that needs ac fixed fast and well.
Kyle with Empire Heating and Air, LLC was very polite, personable and professional. He came the same day as the call, trouble shoot the unit, and returned three days later to install the new AC unit for my shop. I recommend them highly.
Excellent service. Exceeded all expectations. Called them on a Friday afternoon after another AC company cancelled our service call in 100* degree weather. They showed up within a couple of hours and fixed the problem so we didn’t have to go to a hotel. Friendly technician explained everything. You have our service for all future needs. Absolute BEST experience with an A/C service company ever! The issue with our A/C had stumped another HVAC company and us for 3 plus weeks. Kyle & Steven came out and meticulously worked through the list of all of the possible problems until they figured it out. We appreciate their knowledge, diligence and professionalism! Empire Heating and Air will definitely be our go to from this day forward! I highly recommend this company and they are local if you’re in the Wise County area. But they also service the DFW Metroplex as well.
Had no question on who to call when we needed our AC repaired. Kyle and Grant worked on our unit ALL DAY and into the evening (in 100° weather) to ensure that everything was running smoothly before going home. If you want honest, great quality, and professional work they are who you need to call!
