O my gosh I could not believe how good he was .my wife Vicki and I couldn’t say enough about Kyle and his helper . They came in and was very professional and nice, you new right off the bat they new what they were doing. They came in found the problem fast and got right on job fixing it . Hr later they were through , then I couldn’t believe how cheap it was. My advice if you need some heating and air work done, hands down Kyle is the one to call . You will not be sorry . It’s hard to find someone now a days that you can trust , well Kyle is one trust to do the work fast and at a good price that you will be happy with.
Jarrett and Kyle were on time and very professional. They let me know what the issues were with my unit and laid out a treatment plan. I would definitely recommend their service.
This is the ONLY A/C service that was willing to do an emergency call for my elderly parents after their A/C went out yesterday. And…AND….they came out within 2 hours. The young guy (Grant) that serviced our system gave us a temporary fix until the part comes in next week and was respectul, quick, and accurate. Glad they sent him out here. Will use this business from now on! Great Job!
Kyle and Jarred were very thorough in their work. Everything was explained completely so I could understand. All work performed was approved by me prior to performing. Work area was left clean. They were very kind and respectful. Will definitely use again going forward.
We can’t thank Kyle and Jarrett enough for coming out and inspecting our hvac unit. After thoroughly explaining their findings and cleaning the unit, they provided an estimate for further treatment. We are so lucky to have found Empire and will be using them for regular maintenance!
Kyle Henry with Empire Heating and Air, came to my home on a Friday evening, evaluated my issues, explained the situation and what he was going to do to correct them. He was very knowledgeable and fair. Empire is now my heating and AC go to. If you have any kind of issues with your heating and air conditioning, give them a call. Empire will do a great job.
Kyle and Empire Heating & Air are top notch professionals. Had them out after a new install from another contractor didn’t go as planned. Kyle took the time to diagnose the issue and get the heat and a/c running like it was intended. Since then I’ve had them back to straighten out and hang my duct work in the attic and blow in insulation. I’ll always call Empire Heating & Air for my future hvac needs.
Kyle, Grant and his team are awesome. Got two full systems up and running in one day and went above and beyond to make sure some of the bad wiring in the house was fixed also. Competitive pricing and Highly recommend!

Top-Notch Service! My air conditioner went out late one evening, and I was worried I’d be stuck without it all weekend. I called Empire Heating & Air around 8 PM, and to my surprise, the owner, Kyle, was more than willing to fit me into his schedule the very next day. He arrived at my house around 8:30 AM and had my A/C unit up and running within an hour! I’m so grateful for his quick response, professionalism, and willingness to help on such short notice.
