I realized my ac stopped working at 11:30am and called Empire Heating. A friendly representative advised me he thought they could have someone here between 1 and 3 on the same day. At 12:29pm, I received a text that Stewart from Empire heating was en route. Stewart was able to quickly identify and repair the defective part. My air conditioner was back up and working within 30-min. After the repair, Stewart took the time to clean off my outside unit with a hose. He was packed up and gone by 1:28pm. Quick professional work with a positive attitude. I will use his services again for any future AC problems.
Real happy with the professionalism. The gentlemen were friendly and knowledgeable. They explained what they were going to do. They answered all our questions and pointed out what some of the parts did. Minimal disruption of the household. They cleaned up the small amount of trash and dirt that came off of the old unit. Besides the excellent service, they showed up a day early. They called before coming out to make sure they were not interrupting any of our plans. Fair price, great service and veteran owned. Very good company. The owner Kyle will talk to you as long as it takes to understand your expectations. His crew is the same. Empire Heating and Air is the best HVAC company I have worked with in 40 plus years. I expect a lot when it comes to my home. Empire Heating and Air has delivered…plus!

Great service! Called out there in a emergency situation and they came out quick and helped out! Technician, Grant Stewart was able to explain and show me the problem. Very informative! Will be using them again in the future
Kyle with Empire Heating and Air, LLC was very polite, personable and professional. He came the same day as the call, trouble shoot the unit, and returned three days later to install the new AC unit for my shop. I recommend them highly.

The best! Kyle and his crew are professional, courteous, and fantastic at the work they do. Kyle’s attention to detail is fantastic and you can tell by the job he does and the way he conducts himself that he cares and is passionate about his job. Pricing is very reasonable and he makes sure to clean up after himself which, for me, speaks volumes of his character and work ethic. Can’t recommend Empire Heating & Air enough. Job well done! Arrived on time, pinpointed the issue immediately, explained what the mini-split needed to perform at optimal level. Repair made quickly. Will call in Empire again!!
