As a new customer, I had signed up for a fall and spring tuneup contract, but because of an unforeseen glitch in an upgrade for their computer I wasn’t contacted for the spring tuneup. I called to inquire and Kyle apologized and came out to my house the following Friday and resolved the problem – which I never really expected having dealt with other companies in the past and how they treated their customers when an issue occurred.
