Top-Notch Service! My air conditioner went out late one evening, and I was worried I’d be stuck without it all weekend. I called Empire Heating & Air around 8 PM, and to my surprise, the owner, Kyle, was more than willing to fit me into his schedule the very next day. He arrived at my house around 8:30 AM and had my A/C unit up and running within an hour! I’m so grateful for his quick response, professionalism, and willingness to help on such short notice. Highly recommend Empire Heating & Air to anyone needing fast and reliable service!

O my gosh I could not believe how good he was .my wife Vicki and I couldn’t say enough about Kyle and his helper . They came in and was very professional and nice, you new right off the bat they new what they were doing. They came in found the problem fast and got right on job fixing it . Hr later they were through , then I couldn’t believe how cheap it was. My advice if you need some heating and air work done, hands down Kyle is the one to call . You will not be sorry . It’s hard to find someone now a days that you can trust , well Kyle is one trust to do the work fast and at a good price that you will be happy with.

Kyle was a Godsend! I called 3 other AC companies before calling Empire. No one could come look at my Mom’s AC that stopped working today! Kyle was here within 2 hours of my initial call. We had an issue with our heating. I called in the morning and Kyle came by in the afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and professional, investigated the issue and even helped us fix the programming of the thermostat. When the time comes I will definitely trust him with repairing or replacing our system.

Called Kyle on Sunday evening and he returned my call same day. They sent a technician out on Tuesday and cleaned and repaired a much abused system for some folks that are struggling at the moment. Grant was very professional and responsive. I appreciate that didn’t try to upsell anything. Just did a great job in this 100+ weather and thanked us for the opportunity.

Kyle does an excellent job in diagnosing problems and thoroughly checking on all components of the equipment. We are so pleased that we are now part of their yearly maintenance plan.

Kyle and Empire Heating & Air are top notch professionals. Had them out after a new install from another contractor didn’t go as planned. Kyle took the time to diagnose the issue and get the heat and a/c running like it was intended. Since then I’ve had them back to straighten out and hang my duct work in the attic and blow in insulation. I’ll always call Empire Heating & Air for my future hvac needs.
