Called Kyle on Sunday evening and he returned my call same day. They sent a technician out on Tuesday and cleaned and repaired a much abused system for some folks that are struggling at the moment. Kyle and Empire Heating & Air are top notch professionals. Had them out after a new install from another contractor didn’t go as planned. Kyle took the time to diagnose the issue and get the heat and a/c running like it was intended. Since then I’ve had them back to straighten out and hang my duct work in the attic and blow in insulation. I’ll always call Empire Heating & Air for my future hvac needs.

Kyle and Jarred were very thorough in their work. Everything was explained completely so I could understand. All work performed was approved by me prior to performing. Work area was left clean. They were very kind and respectful. Will definitely use again going forward.

I recently had the most remarkable experience with Kyle at Empire AC and Heating Company. As a new customer, I had signed up for a fall and spring tuneup contract, but because of an unforeseen glitch in an upgrade for their computer I wasn’t contacted for the spring tuneup. I called to inquire and Kyle apologized and came out to my house the following Friday and resolved the problem – which I never really expected having dealt with other companies in the past and how they treated their customers when an issue occurred. Real happy with the professionalism. The gentlemen were friendly and knowledgeable. They explained what they were going to do. They answered all our questions and pointed out what some of the parts did. Minimal disruption of the household. They cleaned up the small amount of trash and dirt that came off of the old unit. Besides the excellent service, they showed up a day early. They called before coming out to make sure they were not interrupting any of our plans. Fair price, great service and veteran owned.
