Absolute BEST experience with an A/C service company ever! The issue with our A/C had stumped another HVAC company and us for 3 plus weeks. Kyle & Steven came out and meticulously worked through the list of all of the possible problems until they figured it out. We appreciate their knowledge, diligence and professionalism! Empire Heating and Air will definitely be our go to from this day forward! I highly recommend this company and they are local if you’re in the Wise County area. But they also service the DFW Metroplex as well.
Kyle was on time and assessed the problem quickly. He communicated out options clearly. His work was fast thorough and clean. The cost was extremely fair, a very good value.

I realized my ac stopped working at 11:30am and called Empire Heating. A friendly representative advised me he thought they could have someone here between 1 and 3 on the same day. At 12:29pm, I received a text that Stewart from Empire heating was en route. Stewart was able to quickly identify and repair the defective part. My air conditioner was back up and working within 30-min. After the repair, Stewart took the time to clean off my outside unit with a hose. He was packed up and gone by 1:28pm. Quick professional work with a positive attitude. I will use his services again for any future AC problems.
The tech was on time & very efficient. Solved the hvac issue I was having on that service trip. Would definitely recommend!

The best! Kyle and his crew are professional, courteous, and fantastic at the work they do. Kyle’s attention to detail is fantastic and you can tell by the job he does and the way he conducts himself that he cares and is passionate about his job. Pricing is very reasonable and he makes sure to clean up after himself which, for me, speaks volumes of his character and work ethic. Can’t recommend Empire Heating & Air enough. Job well done! Thank you sir!
Kyle and Jarred were very thorough in their work. Everything was explained completely so I could understand. All work performed was approved by me prior to performing. Work area was left clean. They were very kind and respectful. Will definitely use again going forward.
Arrived on time, pinpointed the issue immediately, explained what the mini-split needed to perform at optimal level. Repair made quickly. Will call in Empire again!!
