O my gosh I could not believe how good he was .my wife Vicki and I couldn’t say enough about Kyle and his helper . They came in and was very professional and nice, you new right off the bat they new what they were doing. They came in found the problem fast and got right on job fixing it . Hr later they were through , then I couldn’t believe how cheap it was. My advice if you need some heating and air work done, hands down Kyle is the one to call . You will not be sorry . It’s hard to find someone now a days that you can trust , well Kyle is one trust to do the work fast and at a good price that you will be happy with.

In today’s world it is very hard to find reputable contractors. My interactions with Empire from the quote to the installation went exactly how it was presented. Their technician (Grant) was one of the best craftsmen I have seen here in Texas since I moved here. Grant went above and beyond to make sure that my installation was done correctly. We had an issue with our heating. I called in the morning and Kyle came by in the afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and professional, investigated the issue and even helped us fix the programming of the thermostat. When the time comes I will definitely trust him with repairing or replacing our system.

I recently had the most remarkable experience with Kyle at Empire AC and Heating Company. As a new customer, I had signed up for a fall and spring tuneup contract, but because of an unforeseen glitch in an upgrade for their computer I wasn’t contacted for the spring tuneup. I called to inquire and Kyle apologized and came out to my house the following Friday and resolved the problem – which I never really expected having dealt with other companies in the past and how they treated their customers when an issue occurred.
