I recently had the most remarkable experience with Kyle at Empire AC and Heating Company. As a new customer, I had signed up for a fall and spring tuneup contract, but because of an unforeseen glitch in an upgrade for their computer I wasn’t contacted for the spring tuneup. I called to inquire and Kyle apologized and came out to my house the following Friday and resolved the problem – which I never really expected having dealt with other companies in the past and how they treated their customers when an issue occurred. Fast and thorough! I appreciated the quick scheduling. They recognized the importance of our issue with the current heat advisory and scheduled with us same day! Our house is cool again 2nd call 2 yrs later. My AC stopped working at 5pm Friday I called after hours at 6pm. They came at 715pm. Amazing response time, knee what was wrong with in 10 minutes. Knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. I really appreciate their help. Highly recommend to anyone that needs ac fixed fast and well.

Kylen was absolutely fantastic! Professional and very thoughtful and thorough! I was very pleased with the work he accomplished and the price also ! My problem wasn’t easy and it was a bigger than expected job and Kylen kept a smile on his face and worked through every bit of it. Absolute BEST experience with an A/C service company ever! The issue with our A/C had stumped another HVAC company and us for 3 plus weeks. Kyle & Steven came out and meticulously worked through the list of all of the possible problems until they figured it out. We appreciate their knowledge, diligence and professionalism!
