O my gosh I could not believe how good he was .my wife Vicki and I couldn’t say enough about Kyle and his helper . They came in and was very professional and nice, you new right off the bat they new what they were doing. They came in found the problem fast and got right on job fixing it . Hr later they were through , then I couldn’t believe how cheap it was. My advice if you need some heating and air work done, hands down Kyle is the one to call . You will not be sorry . In today’s world it is very hard to find reputable contractors. My interactions with Empire from the quote to the installation went exactly how it was presented. Their technician (Grant) was one of the best craftsmen I have seen here in Texas since I moved here. Grant went above and beyond to make sure that my installation was done correctly. If you need HVAC services I highly recommend this company. If possible ask for Grant. You will not be disappointed!!!

Excellent service. Exceeded all expectations. Called them on a Friday afternoon after another AC company cancelled our service call in 100* degree weather. They showed up within a couple of hours and fixed the problem so we didn’t have to go to a hotel. Friendly technician explained everything. You have our service for all future needs.
