Arrived on time, pinpointed the issue immediately, explained what the mini-split needed to perform at optimal level. Repair made quickly. Will call in Empire again!!
We had an issue with our heating. I called in the morning and Kyle came by in the afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and professional, investigated the issue and even helped us fix the programming of the thermostat. When the time comes I will definitely trust him with repairing or replacing our system.
