I recently had the most remarkable experience with Kyle at Empire AC and Heating Company. As a new customer, I had signed up for a fall and spring tuneup contract, but because of an unforeseen glitch in an upgrade for their computer I wasn’t contacted for the spring tuneup. I called to inquire and Kyle apologized and came out to my house the following Friday and resolved the problem – which I never really expected having dealt with other companies in the past and how they treated their customers when an issue occurred. In today’s world it is very hard to find reputable contractors. My interactions with Empire from the quote to the installation went exactly how it was presented. Their technician (Grant) was one of the best craftsmen I have seen here in Texas since I moved here. Grant went above and beyond to make sure that my installation was done correctly. If you need HVAC services I highly recommend this company. If possible ask for Grant. You will not be disappointed!!!

I realized my ac stopped working at 11:30am and called Empire Heating. A friendly representative advised me he thought they could have someone here between 1 and 3 on the same day. At 12:29pm, I received a text that Stewart from Empire heating was en route. Stewart was able to quickly identify and repair the defective part. My air conditioner was back up and working within 30-min. After the repair, Stewart took the time to clean off my outside unit with a hose. He was packed up and gone by 1:28pm. Quick professional work with a positive attitude. I will use his services again for any future AC problems.
